Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is now home to all things ‘Olu Mel. Recent ‘Olu Mel arrivals include a keychain and a Duffy & Friends plush headband. Today, we found an ‘Olu Mel Loungefly mini backpack at BouTiki.

‘Olu Mel Aulani Collection Loungefly Mini Backpack – $80

The ‘Olu Mel mini backpack is one of the most colorful we have seen.

‘Olu Mel (originally just “‘Olu”) is a character that debuted at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in July 2018. The Loungefly tag features the Aulani logo.

‘Olu Mel is a sea turtle. The bag playfully includes his shell, complete with a Mickey Mouse head silhouette.

The front zippered compartment represents ‘Olu Mel’s shirt. It even has sewn-on buttons.

‘Olu Mel is known to play the ukulele. One even hangs from the zipper. Ukuleles are also part of ‘Olu Mel’s shirt.

Inside, the lining shows ‘Olu Mel blowing a conch shell. We also see more ukuleles and some flowers.
