Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance’s boarding groups have consistently been filling up within minutes of opening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In the past few days though, the 1:00 PM boarding groups have remained open for up to hours.

On Wednesday, January 20, boarding groups remained available for two hours, closing at 3:00 PM. Yesterday, they were gone at 2:46 PM and today, they were gone at 1:55 PM. The 7:00 AM boarding groups have still been filling up quickly.

The change is probably because of a drop in attendance following the holidays. Boarding groups were previously available at 2:00 PM but switched to 1:00 PM when park hopping reopened this month. Park hoppers are not able to get boarding passes, despite the fact that the boarding groups are now staying open much longer.
