*NEW* Jerk Chicken: Jerk Marinated Chicken with Rice, Peas, and Scotch Bonnet Salsa – $7.99

Proceed with caution: This is spicy! The chicken is tender and juicy with a strong kick from the jerk marinade.

The pineapple scotch bonnet salsa helps add a sweetness that helps cut some of the heat. There is so much flavor from the rice and peas in this dish. The lime also elevates the dish with an extra tart/sweetness.

*NEW* Jerk Jackfruit: Jerk Marinated Jackfruit with Rice, Peas, and Scotch Bonnet Salsa – $7.49

The jackfruit has the same jerk seasoning as the chicken-version of this dish, so prepare for quite a kick! Of course, we are thankful for the pineapple scotch bonnet salsa for cutting down some of the heat.

The jackfruit, rice, and peas in this vegan dish make for a great combination of flavors. The lime adds a good zest to take it up a notch.

Both versions of this dish are fantastic and we would eat either of these again in a second!

*NEW* Goombay Smash: 9oz. Bahamian rum punch with Cruzan Dark Rum, Don Q Rum, Grand Marnier, lime juice, coconut cream, orange, and pineapple  â€“ $7.00

The drink is very easy to sip as the alcohol isn’t very detectable. However, the orange, pineapple, and lime flavors really come through.

The punch is very refreshing and is a great way to cool down from a day at Universal Studios Florida — or after eating a spicy dish!

*NEW* Carib Lager: 9oz. International pilsner â€“ $5.00
