There is a huge offering of Valentine’s Day-themed desserts coming to the Disney Parks around the world. Some sweet treats have already begun making their arrival, such as the “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” cupcake. We made our way to Dino-Bite Snacks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to try their latest offering: a Valentine Ice Cream Sandwich!

Valentine Ice Cream Sandwich – $6.99

This dessert features strawberry ice cream between two chocolate cookies and is rolled in sprinkles.

There definitely are plenty of heart-shaped sprinkles fully encompassing the frozen treat!

The red, pink, and white sprinkles add a nice contrast to the light pink ice cream and dark brown cookies, providing for a lovely presentation!

The chocolate cookies are hard and crispy on the outside, but softer on the inside. These are very good double chocolate cookies once it warms up.

The strawberry ice cream is surprisingly good. It has a nice flavor and contains whole strawberries. The ice cream itself is very creamy.

The dessert came with a compostable spoon, but we didn’t think it was necessary.

Overall, this is a delicious dessert! It is the perfect balance of chocolate and strawberry. We would get it again!
