What Riddley refers to as one of the “points of light” is not yet installed permanently, but was hung as a test recently.

Once fully installed, the entirety of Spaceship Earth should look something like the concept art provided, with these lights located between many of the Alucobond panels:

As part of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” honoring Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th anniversary beginning Oct. 1, 2021, Spaceship Earth and other icons at each Walt Disney World theme park will come to life at night with their own EARidescent glow. The new nighttime lighting package was announced as part of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration”, the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World which will kick off October 1st, 2021. The new look will debut by then, but will remain as a permanent fixture of the reimagined EPCOT.

So, what do you think of these lights that will cover Spaceship Earth?
