There are dozens of sweet Easter treats available at Walt Disney World this year and we’re trying as many as we can. We’ve already visited Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for the Easter Egg Hunt Cupcake and Pastel Mickey Whoopie Pie. Finding those lackluster, we returned to try two more of their Easter snacks.

We chose the Carrot Blondie Pop and Miniature Bunny Cake

Carrot Blondie Pop – $4.99

Unfortunately, the blondie inside this pop is dry and not really any particular flavor.

The icing on the outside is sweet but also does not have any flavor we can pick out.

The presentation is cute and we loved taking photos with it, but the execution is lacking and we would not get it again.

Miniature Bunny Cake – $7.99

There is legitimately double the frosting to cake ratio here. What little cake is there, is a moist and sweet confetti cake.

The layer of frosting between layers of cake is as thick — if not thicker — than the cake, and then there are all the decorations.

This cake is an over-the-top plate of sweetness. Kids and frosting lovers will enjoy it as all we can taste is sugary buttercream frosting.

However, the presentation is phenomenal. We love the bunny, the pearlescent paint on the ears, and the pastel multicolor frosting hair.

It’s the cutest cake, but it’s basically all frosting so we would not get it again.
