Walt Disney Imagineering has just shared a first look at the actual decoration that will adorn Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom for the 50th anniversary of the park, “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” beginning October 1st, 2021.
The decor package was unveiled via concept art just a few weeks ago:
The decor features the 50 numerical logo for the celebration, as well as faux jewels and bunting.
Disney is calling this color scheme “EARidescent”, a palette that will be present on decorations, food, merchandise, and more throughout the 18-month-long event.
Above we see a piece that will cover a turret, wrapping it in golden ribbon.

Aurora is finally getting the castle she deserves. Is it blue? Is it pink? It’s a weird purple like in the Sh- – Magic Happens parade.
