New Poster and Trailer Released for “Jungle Cruise” Movie

In more Jungle Cruise news, Disney has released a new poster and trailer for the upcoming film based on the beloved attraction. Jungle Cruise, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt, is set to premiere on July 30th in theaters and on Disney+ with Premium Access.

The poster features a whole cast of characters around the two stars, and a menagerie of wild animals.

  1. This looks like a hot mess. Really want to like it. Might give it a shot. But it looks pretty bad. The manic cgi is too much. Also… I feel like you could’ve made a fun and exciting adventure movie without making it quite as dependent on the supernatural. It’s like late pirates but with hand to hand combat rather than swords.

  2. Skeletons hanging from trees!? They better be skeletons of failed colonizers.
    Magic natives!? Seems culturally insensitive. My god, imagine if there’s a headhunter in this movie! Oh no no no. Is it too late for reshoots?
