Hey, everyone! Today was a relaxing day out at the park and the only thing we have to report other than some construction being done is some cool new merch for the must-have Disney collectors. Let’s get started!
Driving to EPCOT taking EPCOT/World Center Drive through exit 67 from I-4, we see the painting continuing on the right side. Just a note though, if you haven’t read the article already, starting May 3rd this road will be closed for the painting.
With the Pin Trading Headquarters going into Week One of being closed, estimates are believed that it’s only two weeks away from reopening.
Spaceship Earth is nearly crowned with “Points of Light”. Now it’s just waiting on a few more areas of that row to be filled before we can see it continuing to the rest.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is currently being worked on once again. Funny enough, they really picked up the pace once we started taking some shots—coincidence?
Walking into World Showcase, we ran into the Princess Cavalcade and saw this beautiful princess-level smile.
T.L.C. on the “Harmonious” barges was back on track on track as well. A lift was brought out to continue the work on the centerpiece ring.
But that’s not the only construction we saw. Construction workers were working on these laser boxes located on World Showcase Lagoon islands as well.
A quick stop at Disney Traders presented us with a great new “Rainbow Disney Collection” of pins making its debut with some featuring Stitch and Mickey & Friends. For more information, check out our article here.
Big changes happening over at the bathrooms in the Morocco Pavilion: they changed the location of the trash from in front of the corner to the side of the corner! Honestly, after a couple of months of nothing, this is the only change we’ve yet to see.
At Art of Disney, we were surprised to see these new ears released here of all places. The New Disney Parks Designer Denim Ear Headband can also be found at Mouse Gear and at various locations around the resort. Cast Members believe they are going to sell quickly, so get your hands on them as soon as you can if you want to snag a pair.
The new gelato stand got its Marquee installed over in the Italy Pavilion and we finally have a name: Gelateria Toscana! We can’t wait to try some cold sweet treats, especially during the quickly approaching summer months.
We finish showing off the nearby bridge we were taking keeping track of and it seems as though it’s still waiting on some much-needed paint.
