For the summer, Tokyo Disneyland guests can purchase a special photo package and receive free stickers at Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions as part of a “Friend of the Jungle” experience.

The photo package is ¥1,800 and includes a family photo, a picture of either Mickey or Minnie, and a storage folder. The family photo is taken in front of a Jungle Cruise map. The final image features an elephant, lion, and gorilla in the corners.
The folder is brown with leafy designs and a “Friend of the Jungle” emblem on the front.
The Minnie photo is included from July 2 through August 5. The Mickey photo will be available from August 6 through September 14.
The ride queue has new decorations featuring the elephant, lion, and gorilla. During the event period, Jungle Cruise skippers will teach guests “the most important things about the jungle.”
After riding, guests get a free “Friend of the Jungle” sticker. There are three different options, each featuring a different animal.
We got the elephant, but there is also a lion and a gorilla design. Guests cannot choose which design they receive.
There has been no formal announcement or closing timeframe released for the Jungle Cruise at Tokyo Disneyland. However, Tokyo Disney Resort revealed in April 2025 that they are making major land overhauls to carry their theme parks through 2035, including a re-imagining of Adventureland at Tokyo Disneyland. Concept art released at that time from Walt Disney Imagineering showed that several long-time staples of the park, including the Jungle Cruise, Swiss Family Treehouse, Western River Railroad, and Enchanted Tiki Room, as well as several existing shopping and dining venues, were missing.
Aquatopia at Tokyo DisneySea will permanently close on September 14 to make way for a Port of Discovery expansion and guests can now, similarly, collect a special Aquatopia sticker and take photos with various props at the ride before its permanent closure this summer.
