Guests are able to fill bags using tongs or scoops. Bulk candy is $17 per pound.

After scooping the sweet treats, guests return the scoops to the storage slot built into the bins.

Self-serve bags are stored in slots between the upper and lower dispensers.

It is interesting to note that this change has only occurred at Toothsome so far. Inside the theme parks, guests are still asked to use hand sanitizer and gloves.

The park guests will find glove inflation stations like these at bulk candy locations.

The change at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen is one more sign that things are slowly returning to pre-pandemic norms at Universal Orlando Resort.
