Hello and welcome to a sunny day here at EPCOT. Follow us around Future World and through the many countries of the World Showcase as we see what’s in store for us today. Let’s jump right in!
The first thing we found this morning was two brand new pins over at Pin Trading Headquarters located under Spaceship Earth. These include an Mickey Mouse head featuring an american flag design, and an Indiana Jones pin.
Construction is still underway at various locations throughout Future World. We continue to see more windows being installed, as well as more exterior painting happening over at the upcoming site for Creations Shop and Club Cool.
Joy waves a happy hello near Journey Into Imagination With Figment!
We were happy to see Figment back at Melody Maker inside of ImageWorks – The “What If” Labs today.
Yesterday we found that the that the Space Race kiosks over at Mission: SPACE Advanced Training Labs had been uncovered. Today we see that even more of the area has been opened to guests. You can now walk around the entire upper area; only one screen remains nonoperational.
Screen testing continues for the upcoming nighttime show, Harmonious. It is slated to debut on October 1st of this year.
We’ve seen lots of physical distancing measure updates over in the Mexico Pavilion recently. Today we found that they have updated the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros queue system. Guests entering the pavilion are now instructed to enter the right-hand doors for the attraction, and left-hand doors for the rest of the pavilion’s offerings. This means that the left ramp is now the only way to exit the area.
Refurbishment is currently underway over in the Norway Pavilion, where today we found out that they are replacing the floors. Because of this, the famous troll statue (who according to Cast Members is currently named Henry) has been relocated to the other side of the shop.
Over in Germany, we found that Karamell-Kuche has returned to using its main entrance doors again. Until now, they had been directing guests to line up and enter through one of the exit doors.
While in Germany, we made friends with an extremely curious duck who was gaining the attention of multiple park guests!
Construction progresses on the fountain area in the Morocco Pavilion.
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Mary Poppins was out enjoying the gardens over in the United Kingdom Pavilion.
That brings us to the end of our day at EPCOT! How do you feel about the upcoming changes to Future World? Let us know in the comments below! Have a great day, We’ll “See Ya Real Soon!”
