Hello friends from a lovely day here at the Magic Kingdom! The forecasted rain held off and we had bright, sunny skies to check out all the new things at the park by. We found some things to show you, so let’s get started!

Although there wasn’t any new scored pavement in Tomorrowland, there was some fresh concrete patches replacing the iconic gear pavement.


This area underneath the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover Track was especially broken up with score marks, and has now been replaced with fresh concrete.

Gaston’s Fountain remains off but filled with water. We are keeping an eye on this spot for further developments.

The elephant animatronics on Jungle Cruise saw a minor improvement in performance today. The first animatronic had small movements of it’s trunk back, and sound.

The second elephant animatronic was still not functioning at all, with both sound and motion missing.

Further on in the attraction, the hut which housed the dancers in the “Native Celebration” scene had been completely removed. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.


Across the park, the physical distancing had been removed from outdoor seating areas at quick service restaurants. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

The doors between Uptown Jewelers and Main Street Cinema have been shut, forcing guests to exit onto Main Street, USA in order to enter the other store.

This sign caught our eye today displayed with the Rainbow Disney Collection, telling guests of Disney’s commitment to organizations that support LGBTQ+ communities around the world, and their financial contributions to those organizations.


There is a new seasonal drink at Joffrey’s Tea & Coffee Company. The “Tart & Tangy” is a mix of iced tea, frozen lemon, and mandarin syrup, and is available at all Joffrey’s locations for $5.69.

We found a returning fan favorite menu item today at the Spring Roll Cart with the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls now back and replacing the Pepperoni Spring Rolls. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.

We found some fun new merchandise to show you, starting with this Americana bucket hat, available at Star Traders for $29.99.

Also available at Star Traders was this new Mickey & Co color block Mickey hat for $27.99.

We found this new style of MagicKeepers a few days ago, but it has finally been restocked at Frontier Trading Post. It features a glitter silicone MagicBand puck holder on a retractable ID badge reel, which bears the phrase “I’m Here For The Ears!”. This MagicKeeper retails for $29.99.



At Tomorrowland Light & Power Co, the MaDe shirt kiosk finally got in the remaining family Mickey and Minnie silhouette designs. These shirts are customizable and start at $29.99.


The newest Dooney & Bourke collection released today, featuring “Disney Afternoon” cartoon characters. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

Our favorite find of the day was the newest Wishables Cars Land Series, which were released today on shopDisney and in the parks. We also saw a price increase on these from $9.99 to $12.99. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.
