Earlier today Universal Orlando Resort officially confirmed the new food location replacing the former Fusion Bistro sushi kiosk at CityWalk. We stopped by Bend the Bao to take a look at the finished product and their full menu before its grand opening tomorrow.
Management from Universal was enjoying a preview of this new food location when we stopped by.
Current operating hours are from 11am-10pm, so you have plenty of time to stop by for some grub.
Here is an overview of the complete menu, which is posted on the exterior of the restaurant.
Currently the location is offering a special of two bao for $11.99, and each additional bao after will cost $4.49.
Bao choices include a kimchee fried chicken, pork belly, duck, beef brisket, veggie, shrimp and crab cake.
Beverages include choices of sake, beer, wine, soda, tea and water.
Bend the Bao is located on the upper level of CityWalk, above the entrance to Universal Cinemark theaters.
