After a year of physical distancing, things are returning to their pre-pandemic normal at Walt Disney World. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the pre-show is once again operating at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. For the past year, guests had been directed straight through the room without stopping.
There is no more physical distancing in the entire Tower of Terror queue.
Dividers do remain in some sections though.
The pre-show doors are no longer propped open.
When entering the library, guests are told to fill in all the available space.
A crack of thunder and lightning causes the power to go out, except for the TV, where the familiar Twilight Zone intro plays.
Rod Sterling then tells us the story of the Hollywood Tower Hotel.
After the pre-show, guests are ushered onwards into the elevators.
As we previously reported, the capacity of Tower of Terror has been raised and every row of the elevator cars is being filled.
