Happy Pride Month! EPCOT has several new rainbow sweets debuting today to celebrate the month of June, so we headed over to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion to try another colorful cake.
Rainbow Cake – $4.29
Colorful Almond Frangipane Cake layered with Chocolate Ganache
This lovely cake is super dense and incredibly moist. The Chocolate Ganache on top is very rich and fudge-like. The Almond flavor is very understated, but present nonetheless.
This is a rich, sweet dessert, and could be a good thing to share with others. We loved the fun presentation with all the gorgeous layers and the rainbow Mickey topper. It’s perfect for photos. We would definitely get this one again.

I miss enjoying rainbows too. I’ve definitely purchased FAR less merch from these companies since they’ve started this marketing campaign.
