Hello from a very hot but quiet day here at the Magic Kingdom! It was another crowded day here at the park, with attendance at seemingly pre-pandemic levels. We found some things to show you, so let’s get started!
As a part of the ongoing refurbishment of the attraction, the flags and gold rooftop cap decorations of Peter Pan’s Flight have been removed. The areas where they sat are visible by wear marks and the flag receptacles have been taped off.
The butterfly animatronics on Jungle Cruise have been freed of the palm frond that fell across them earlier this week, and can once again “fly” unencombered.
Around midday, we were surprised to find the 40 minute long line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad stretching all the way out to the Country Bear Jamboree Theater.
We found Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies open an hour early yet again today. We suspect it’s opening early Friday through Sunday to accommodate larger crowds.
Ten new styles of Dooney & Bourke handbags were released today in the popular sketch print, with prices ranging from $158.00-$298.00.
We had a wonderful time at the Magic Kingdom, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
