I scream, you scream, we all scream for…Plaza Ice Cream Parlor Ice Cream! Today, our favorite Main Street U.S.A. ice cream parlor reopens and we had to stop by and grab a brownie sundae for good measure.

Plaza Ice Cream has been closed since March of last year and boy, were we excited when they announced its return alongside Casey’s Corner.

Over the past few days we have noticed cast members prepping the interior for guests, an updated menu release, and yesterday we were greeted by the mouthwatering scent of freshly made waffle cones wafting up Main Street U.S.A. as you passed in front of the shop.

The sign in front which previously displayed ‘Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is currently closed’ has been replaced with the current menu offerings, sans some of our other favorites.

The queue was set up shortly before 11 a.m. opening.

At 11 a.m., cast members opened the doors to welcome guests back!

A cast member outside holds the current special offering, the classic Mickey Souvenir Hat you can get your cool treats in!

A case full of warm brownies await their sundaes as cast members start to get their orders in, we can’t wait for ours!
