Since Disney took over control of the Morocco Pavilion in EPCOT, there have been extensive if relatively small changes. Most recently, the entrance courtyard had its flooring replaced. Unfortunately, there has been no movement in reopening Restaurant Marrakesh, and menus were removed from outside the restaurant earlier this year. The restaurant space has now reopened as just a seating area.

  1. Hopefully, when Restaurant Marrakesh reopens, they’ll have something more interesting for vegetarians than couscous with vegetables. That’s the culinary equivalent of Olive Garden. There are so many creative vegetable-based recipes from that region of the world that Restaurant Marrakesh could build on.
