PHOTOS: Second Security Checkpoint Added to Universal Orlando Resort Parking Garages

A second security checkpoint has been set up for Universal Orlando Resort, ahead of the main security area.

This smaller checkpoint is on the third level of the parking garage, on the side with the Jurassic Park, King Kong, and Jaws parking sections.

This is adjacent to UOAP Prime Parking.

There are six metal detectors and three x-ray machines.

Guests who go through this security are then filtered to the side walkway and around the main security area.

Hopefully, this additional checkpoint will speed up the security process. It took us about thirteen minutes to get through.
