One of the many new treats at Disney Springs for “Flavors of Florida” is an Orange Bird ganache square, now available at The Ganachery. This small snack is an Annual Passholder exclusive.

Orange Bird Ganache Square – $3

Fresh oranges blended with dark 65% chocolate

The square comes in a small package with The Ganachery logo.

The ganache features Orange Bird and the words “think orange thoughts” on a white chocolate piece.

The inside of this ganache was smooth and creamy. It had a nice hit of orange zest that didn’t overpower the milk chocolate.

The white chocolate piece was tempered and had a nice snap when bit into.

The square is not overly rich and the orange lingers after for a nice finish.
