As we approach the 50th anniversary of Magic Kingdom, much of the park is being refurbished so it can look its best for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” In Frontierland, the boardwalk is being replaced.

Right now, the main entrance to Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe is surrounded by construction walls.

We can see that the boardwalk has been ripped out, revealing concrete flooring.

There are even some footprints near the door.

Caution tape surrounds one section of concrete.

Outside the Country Bear Jamboree, another area is blocked by construction walls.

Here we can see exposed rebar.

Outside Frontier Trading Post, some boardwalk planks are missing.

It will be nice to walk along fresh new flooring soon.
