Disney has reportedly begun talks with Lake Nona real estate developer Tavistock to create an age-restricted community within Sunbridge, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
No details as to the size or construction timeline are available yet. This development comes after the news that 2,000 Cast Members are being relocated to the upcoming Lake Nona campus of the Walt Disney Company.
This new development may address the concerns of local real estate professionals, given the low inventory of housing in the area.
