Walt Disney Studios Park to Rebrand Section of Toon Studio as Worlds of Pixar Beginning August 27

Beginning tomorrow, August 27, a number of attractions of Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris will be reorganized into a newly rebranded land, “Worlds of Pixar,” according to @DLPReport on Twitter.

Fittingly enough, the land will be comprised of the park’s Pixar-themed attractions, including the recently-opened Cars Road Trip, Cars Quatre Roues Rallye, Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy (as well as everything else in Place de Remy), Crush’s Coaster and all of Toy Story Playland, all of which were previously located in Toon Studio. The rebranding does not affect the attractions’ locations.

In addition, the land offers three photo opportunities, like the Buzz Lightyear-themed wall seen above.

In addition, some of the most beloved Pixar characters stop by to make appearances, including Mr. Incredible and Woody. A quartet of food trucks offers menu items inspired by the animation studio’s myriad of films, including shortbreads themed to “Luca” and “Toy Story,” as well as Worlds of Pixar-themed cupcakes and doughnuts.

For now, Toon Studio will remain the home of attractions, including Animagique, Animation Celebration, and Flying Carpets Over Agrabah. However, it’s expected that these will be part of another land rebranding in the future, called the Theater District. Appropriately, this would unify the mostly theater-based attractions with Studio D, which hosts Disney Junior Dream Factory, and the Studio Theater.
