Even though Space 220 Restaurant doesn’t officially launch until September 20th, EPCOT’s newest restaurant has begun “test flights,” and we were lucky enough to pay a visit to the culinary space station. Today, we’re taking a closer look at the interior of the restaurant.

The windows “looking out” to Earth provide a unique view that’s sure to become a new favorite among EPCOT diners.

Keep an eye out, and you may just see an astronaut on a spacewalk!

Similar to real-life spacecraft, the ceiling is a basic white, accented with a blue glowing ribbon.

Space 220 also has lounge seating, which offers a special menu in addition to a wide variety of wines and themed cocktails. While the window behind the bar is black, you can still catch a view of terra firma in the reflection.

Of course, one of the signature features of the restaurant is the Stellarvator, the space elevator that transports guests to the main dining room. While the quality isn’t great (admittedly, it’s hard to get good Wi-Fi 220 miles from the surface of the earth), we were able to capture a look at this dazzling experience in the video below!
