Universal Orlando Resort is in the midst of its Passholder Appreciation Days, when Passholders can get exclusive merchandise, meals, and other perks. At Universal’s Volcano Bay, Passholders can get the Glazed Pork Belly Bianco Pizza at Kohola Reef Restaurant & Social Club. According to Team Members there, the flatbread is only supposed to be for premium seating, but that is not noted on the Appreciation Days website.

Glazed Pork Belly Bianco Pizza – $12.99

Garlic cream sauce, mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, pork belly, fresh cilantro, and sweet plantains

The large chunks of pork belly on this flatbread had an amazing, sweet taste.

The garlic sauce and the plantains were the best part.

The sauce had a creamy, zesty flavor that stood out more with each bite.

The flatbread was super cheesy, which went perfectly with the garlic cream sauce.

We didn’t notice any cilantro, but that’s okay.

The sauce was key to this delicious pizza and we would definitely order it again. They should make this a regular option at Kohola Reef Restaurant.
