The minimum wage for most Walt Disney World Cast Members has officially been raised to $15.

This raise was announced as part of an agreement reached between Disney and local unions years ago, with the minimum wage jumping by a dollar each year since then.

The agreement is set to expire next year, which will open the door for unions to negotiate for even higher pay.

Florida’s minimum wage is now $10, having just increased from $8.65 this past week.
