Primeval Whirl at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is being torn down after its official closure was announced last year. Most of the track and props are now in a pile at the center of the attraction’s site.
Though the first piece of track was removed from this side of the attraction, it has mostly gone untouched in the past few days.
This is likely because construction walls do not currently extend around the ramp.
Near the front entrance, things are looking much more dire for the dinos.
The pile in the center of the demolition site is growing.
The dinosaurs continue to run from asteroids above it all.
The biggest difference since our last check-in is the absence of the lift hill. It has been entirely torn down, except for the first time travel archway at the bottom.
Pieces of track now extend into nowhere, but we’re sure they will be gone soon.

I know it’s common for “used” coasters to be repurposed at another themeparks. I wonder if this will turn up in a new form somewhere else.
