Unlike the US parks, Tokyo Disney Resort doesn’t give away complimentary “I’m Celebrating…”-style buttons, choosing instead to offer stickers for birthdays and anniversaries that many Cast Members can add a special touch to. But four new buttons, known as “can badges” in Japan, reminiscent of those buttons are now available for sale at the Tokyo resort!

Something else the Tokyo Resort has shied away from until recent years is generic resort merchandise, typically only merchandising whatever seasonal events or attractions are the newest. But with more and more foreign tourists flocking to the resort before COVID-19, new resort-branded merchandise has started to take over, with items like an extremely popular blue and white hoodie. This year, the resort is refreshing that with a new blue and gold version.

While they may not serve as practical of a purpose as the “I’m Celebrating” buttons, these new buttons and the refreshed hoodie are available at shops across Tokyo Disney Resort, as well as at Bon Voyage and through the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
