Steakhouse 71 — the new restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort — will be debuting a new plant-based burger starting tomorrow, October 14.
The plant-based burger will be a version of the Steakhouse 71 Stack Burger, which is made with beef, American cheese, lemon aïoli, red onion, and house-made pickles on a brioche bun. This will be the second plant-based entrée on the lunch menu alongside the Vegetable “Wellington.”
