Several new sweet treats have debuted today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to honor the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. We’ve had brownies with mousse, cupcakes, drinks, muffins, Dole Whip, and more. The sweets keep coming, and we can’t say no to a classic Disney cupcake all done up for the 50th anniversary. We found this cupcake in the bakery case at Zuri’s Sweet Shop in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Gourmet Cupcake — $5.19
This cupcake is a Disney staple — yellow cake with a rich buttercream frosting, and a fondant logo for the 50th anniversary.
And it’s served in an EARidescent paper cup featuring some of our favorite Disney characters and the 50th anniversary logo.
This cupcake may be pretty similar to ones we’ve tasted before, but it’s a great sweet treat that would please any park guest. The decoration on the cupcake makes this a treat that even the pickiest of eaters can celebrate with.
