The sunlight really brings out the shimmer in these gold-dusted decorations.

This dessert is absolutely amazing. We didn’t want to stop eating it to write this review. We’ll start with the brownie base, which is mouthwatering. It tastes like delicious chocolatey homemade brownies. Not too sweet, not too rich, it’s perfect.

The mousse is quite tame if you’re enjoying it with the rest of the dessert, but on its own, it’s wonderful! It holds a classic “birthday cake” taste that’s not overly sweet or powerful. A basic vanilla icing lines the outside, mainly for decoration, but it adds another layer of sweetness to this confection.

The gold-dusted ears are very rich, which doesn’t quite fit with the rest of the dish. And the medallion is quality chocolate, as it was with the 50th Celebration Cupcake we recently tried.

All together, this dish is one of the best we’ve tried at Walt Disney World in a long time, and we look forward to celebrating the 50th when trying it again in the future.
