The presentation is second to none. This dessert is beautiful. It leaves a memory to carry for a lifetime.

We still think about the tiramisu served in a chocolate Spaceship Earth during the Millennium Celebration. The Chocolate Fiesta Pyramid is just as special.

Four scoops of ice cream are drizzled with a rich caramel sauce. The cake is crumbly, but not as dry as most theme park cakes. It absorbs everything well, a perfect pairing.

While the pyramid is not made of the highest-quality chocolate, the rest of the dessert is fantastic.

The Mexican chocolate mousse and toffee found inside is the highlight of the dish. It is very sweet, delivering strong milk chocolate and toffee flavors. This balances perfectly with the tres leches cake and the ice cream.

Overall, this dessert is as good as it looks. We highly recommend the Chocolate Fiesta Pyramid. It will feed you and three to five of your friends.
