REVIEW: Move Over Publix, There’s A New Chicken Strip Club at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom

At the Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom, you can now get a chicken strip club sandwich to go along with your Starbucks coffee. If that’s something you’re into.

This sandwich was a pretty basic dish. None of the ingredients stood out and it tasted like the kind of sandwich you could probably get at any bakery. Everything was fresh and well prepared, just not overly flavorful.

The chicken tastes a little different than the classic Disney chicken tenders, which was a surprise, but we wouldn’t say they’re necessarily better than the tenders you can find at multiple places throughout the parks.

These chicken strips are a little meatier and crispier than the usual Disney chicken tenders. Disney tenders have a light taste. But these strips seem to be like something you’d find at a barbecue restaurant.

Overall, this sandwich isn’t terrible, but it’s not something we would recommend when there are other options for around the same price and at a better value.

Check out the new ‘Hail to the Leaf!’ salad over at Columbia Harbour House that also has some chicken strips.
