A guest jumped into the ride water today from the queue of “it’s a small world” at the Magic Kingdom to retrieve a lost cellphone.
In the queue just before the load area, the guest seen in the above video dropped their cellphone into the water. He then jumped down into the water to retrieve the fallen phone.
It’s unclear if the guest will face consequences from Disney for his actions.
Disney recommends that guests who lose items aboard rides or in otherwise inaccessible areas should alert a nearby Cast Member for assistance.

THAT is a riveting video.
That’s what happens when people depend on their phones to go around the park with genie, genie plus, my disney experience. People lose common sense and sense of reality.
I think Disney should pay for that person’s phone since Disney has made it impossible to enjoy the parks without one!
