Adventures by Disney wants to take families on an expedition to some of earth’s most remote areas. Starting in 2023, you can embark on cruises to the Arctic circle, Antarctica, and the Galapagos Islands.
According to Disney, guests will sail aboard ships specially designed to access the remote destinations. Each cruise will have a team of experts and Adventure Guides to bring to life the stories and culture of the regions. The adventures are chartered by PONANT.
Adventures by Disney Arctic Cruise
Arctic cruise departures are scheduled for June and July 2023. The Le Boreal ship will take guests to the Norwegian Arctic. Families will be able to explore the northern most settlement on earth. The adventure will also include boat excursions to spot wildlife.
Travelers on the July itinerary will be joined by former Imagineer Joe Rohde. According to Disney, Rohde will share amazing tales from his career with company, and host interactive sketching sessions.
Adventures by Disney Antarctica Cruise & Patagonia Expedition
In addition to the Arctic trips, Adventures by Disney has also added 12 day Antarctica and Patagonia Expedition Cruises. Departures are scheduled for December 2022 and early 2023.
These expeditions will take families to the southernmost tip of Argentina, before a trip through the Drake Passage. Guests will also have the option to add a four-day Buenos Aires Escape to their adventure.
Adventures by Disney Galápagos Islands Cruise
If the Arctic and Antarctic trips don’t interest you, maybe exploring the Galápagos Islands will. Adventures by Disney is also offering nine-day trips to the islands aboard the Galápagos Legend. Guests will have a chance to go on excursions like snorkeling, hiking, and kayaking. You can add even more fun with The Adventures by Disney Amazon Escape. This add-on will give travelers a chance to explore the Amazon rainforest up close.
