Life Day Food and Beverage Items Coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Beginning November 12th at Disneyland

If your favorite Star Wars character is a droid cooking show host or you’ve wondered why Wookies don’t wear red robes more often, you’re probably a fan of The Star Wars Holiday Special. Now, you can celebrate Life Day, the holiday featured in the special, with specialty food and beverage offerings from November 12th through January 9th at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland!

Three restaurants in the land will have special items for Life Day. At Oga’s Cantina, travelers can sample the Pork Belly Slider Skewer, made with pork belly, bao buns, zucchini sauce, Calabrian chili compote, and Za’atar spice for $15.00. For something more adult, sip on a Gin-Huckleberry Cocktail made with gin, elderflower liqueur and flavors of ginger and huckleberry, garnished with a sweet hibiscus flower, which sells for $18.00.

Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, there’s Pork Broth Noodles, featuring angel hair pasta, bok choy, mushrooms, roasted pork and yuzu-tomato compote in a pesto-tonkotsu broth, which costs $15.49.

Finally, Kat Saka’s Kettle is getting in on the fun with a Potato Hand Pie, which is tikka masala-spiced, and served with a mint-cilantro yogurt sauce for $6.79, and a Black Sesame Macaron, which is a toasted macaron with passionfruit buttercream and sesame praline, which sells for $5.49.
