Braised Pork Belly Adobo – $7.50
with Garlic Fried Rice
This dish, returning from 2019 with a price decrease of $0.25, has good garlic flavor, but the rice is a bit crunchy and the pork rinds taste a bit stale. The overall note of the dish is garlic. We found the pork flakes easily and falls apart. While the rich fatty parts did help with the flavor and moisture, this wasn’t our favorite of the festival. However, if you love pork belly, you’d probably be happy with this.
Shrimp & Grits – $8.00
with Andouille sausage
Another returning dish, these Shrimp and Grits are great. They’ve got a nice texture and the grits weren’t too chunky. The shrimp was crunchy enough to feel different, and overall the taste was worth it. This was the best part of the Holiday Duets booth.
*NEW* Pabana Cachaça Colada – $14
Cachaça, Passionfruit, Banana, Mango, Coconut Cream, and Lime

This was fantastic. It tastes like tropical magic. It’s very mango heavy and a bit thick, but if you enjoy tropical boozy drinks this is a must have. We could not taste the alcohol. Usually Disney drinks are super sweet and syrupy, but this was light and refreshing. It wonderful on a hot, sunny day.
*NEW* Calamansi Melon Lemonade (Non-alcoholic) – $6.50
Calamansi, Cantaloupe, and House-made Lemonade

Pleasantly tart but not sour. The melon is delicious, a wonderful pairing to the lemonade but not heavy and super sweet as melon flavor often is. This is definitely a lemonade with melon, rather than a melon drink with lemon. And while not something we would traditionally associate with the holidays, it is a very welcome addition to the festival.
