While the Greek god of the sea isn’t afraid to show his wrath in Poseidon’s Fury, he’d likely be pleased with all the work that’s been going on to refresh the exterior of the attraction at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Since our last visit, work has begun on the crumbling seal that serves as the visual centerpiece of the façade.

The new color may just be a primer coat before paint is applied.

It certainly drew our eye as we passed by the attraction.

Meanwhile, a cherry picker is staged near the archway just steps from the entrance to the indoor portion of the queue as work continues. All in all, we are happy to see this attraction receive some well-deserved attention.
