Welcome to a very cloudy day at the Universal Orlando Resort. There’s a chance of rain, so grab your umbrellas and let’s head into the parks!
We stopped in the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk and found these new ‘Harry Potter’ Diagon Alley Loungefly bags. The sparkle design on the back is super cute.
Get the full set with the matching wallet we spotted a few weeks ago.
Heading into Universal Studios Florida, we found some guests practicing their magic in Diagon Alley. Watch out when passing by, you might get wet!
Diagon Alley is very peaceful to walk through right at the park opening. There are a few short hours where it’s calm before the crowds show up.
Shrek 4-D items continue to pop up in the Williams of Hollywood Prop Shop. The torture devices hanging on the wall sell very quickly, so grab them while you can.
The second book has returned from refurbishment in the Curious George Goes to Town play area entrance. The book has been missing since the play area reopened in late November 2021.
Let’s head over to Universal’s Islands of Adventure and see what’s happening today.
Construction walls have appeared around the Hogwarts Express display train in Hogsmeade.
The Hogwarts Express attraction is still up and running and has not been affected by the refurbishment.
Grab your ponchos because Jurassic Park River Adventure is only a 10-minute wait! It’s a pretty cloudy day so don’t count on the sun to dry you off.
Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls construction can be seen moving along while the attraction is closed for a standard refurbishment.
We ended our day in Marvel Super Hero Island watching the newly returned Super Hero Motorcade. We’re so excited that the Motorcade has returned. It’s been so long!
