The biggest party of the year is finally here as Mardi Gras kicks off at Universal Studios Florida from February 5 – April 24. Food booths around the park celebrate international cuisine, including a new, unique booth featuring “Floribbean” (a portmanteau of Florida and Caribbean) dishes. There are two Floribbean booths.
