Ice Cream Scooper – Disney Springs $14 + $8 avg tips per hour

- 16 years or older
- Open availability including evenings, weekends & holidays
- Can stand on your feet for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks in close proximity to others
- Have a Current Food Handlers card (You can acquire this after you receive a job offer)
Service & Safety Agent (Shift Lead) – Disney Springs $15 + $8 avg tips per hour

Position Overview: A Salt & Straw Service and Safety Agent will support shop operations & customer service.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership of a professional, FUN & positive Team Member and Customer experience
- Foster an environment of constant learning to continue to enhance the Customer experience
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations by following and enforcing ServSafe regulations
- Supports the successful completion and implementation of all safety related policies and procedures
- Attends monthly safety meetings to report on shop level safety concerns
- Performs all Team Member job duties including scooping and other tasks to ensure great customer service
- Report Human Resources or Customer incidents to General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Position Requirements:
- 18 years old or older
