Universal Orlando Resort

- Universal Orlando Resort has increased the price of all levels of Annual Passes.

- Exterior testing has begun and construction is speeding along at Epic Universe.
Universal Studios Florida

- Signage for Shrek 4-D has been removed from its old soundstage in Universal Studios Florida.
- A while back, we reported that construction walls had been erected at KidZone in Universal Studios Florida. Now, the walls have moved to another part of KidZone.
Universal’s Islands of Adventure

- Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade will once again be available during early park admission beginning March 2.
- Earlier this month, the Hogwarts Express display at Universal’s Islands of Adventure underwent a short refurbishment. The refurbishment lasted a couple of weeks and the construction walls are now gone. Evanesco!
- Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges has closed for refurbishment at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Walls have been erected around the attraction’s entrance.

Volcano Bay

- An intoxicated guest from Bristol, England was arrested at Volcano Bay on February 4. He was also accused of injuring a police officer.
Universal Studios Hollywood

- As of March 4, Universal Studios Hollywood is no longer requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for guests to visit.

Entertainment and Media

- The second trailer for “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” is now available.
- Universal joins other major movie studios in refusing to release movies in Russia, citing the crisis in Ukraine.
