In addition to a fried bologna sandwich, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe in Disneyland is serving a strawberry swirl cheesecake for the spring season. We picked up the dessert on our most recent trip.

Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake – $5.99

New York-style Cheesecake swirled with Strawberry Jelly, topped with White Chocolate Mousse and a fresh Strawberry

This has a rich, smooth, and creamy texture.

The strawberry flavor is mostly on top but you do get it in every bite.

The crust is just there to keep it together. It doesn’t distract from the flavors you want.

It’s sweet more than tangy and very light for a cheesecake.

It was a delicious cake and we highly recommend it.
