House-made Italian Sausage and Peppers Poutine – $9.00

The Italian sausage and peppers poutine did not hit the spot for us. This reminds us of something you’d get off the streets in New York, and not in a good way. The French fries are the standard Quick Service shoestring fries that get soggy quickly. They are covered in a mash of vegan sausage and chopped peppers. This still outranks anything at Primavera Kitchen, but overall the “sausage” was the consistency of cat food and had a strange aftertaste. We would not recommend ordering it.

*NEW* Stem Ciders A Salted Cucumber Apple Hard Cider, Denver, CO (6.7% ABV) – $10.75

Stem Ciders describes this cider as “dry hopped with cascade & citra hops, finished with fresh cucumber juice and sea salt. Crafted with 100% fresh pressed apples from the Pacific Northwest.”

*NEW* Lavender Martini: Vodka with Lavender and Lemon – $11.00

Poured over ice, this proved to be quite refreshing. Lemon and lavender come together in a very refreshing drink that we wanted more of after we finished it.

The lemon gives it a flavor profile almost like a light lemonade.

This is an easy cocktail to drink, making it a winner that we all loved.
