*NEW* Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly, Avocado Cream, Corn Salsa, Salsa Verde and Plantain Chips – $6.25

There’s a lot happening here. The large pieces of pork belly are crisp…and rather large. We wish it was cut slightly smaller, but that’s our only complaint.

The avocado, corn salsa, and cilantro keep it fresh. The plantain chips give it a crispness which matches the pork belly.

It also has a slight kick to it. We recommend this.

Tuna Tataki Bowl with Spicy Yuzu Glaze, Mango, Avocado and Pappadam Crisp – $6.25

The tuna is fantastic. It’s flavorful, well-spiced, and presented beautifully. The cracker it’s served with is somewhat unnecessary and the drizzle of spicy Yuzu glaze was a bit too heavy for our liking.

The mango in the dish was fresh and added a sweet finish to the tuna. For tuna fans, it’s still worth getting due to the sizable seared tuna slices you get with it, but we felt that the previous version of the dish was a bit better.

*NEW* Grapefruit Tart: Grapefruit Curd, Lychee Jam, Ginger Mousse and Yuzu Cream – $5.25

This tart was delicious. The grapefruit in the name might throw people off, but it was awesome.

It had a cheesecake-like consistency, which really helped the dish. This is one worth trying!

The orange-lemon smoothie is a refreshing treat, and while the sipper is new, the smoothie itself is not.

Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy – $6.00

The wine slush is amazing. It’s just sweet enough, with creamy citrus flavors to make it pop. This is definitely a booth favorite. The non-alcoholic version that comes inside the Orange Bird Sipper is great, as well.

Beer Flight – $10.00

We really enjoyed this beer flight, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you were looking to try a sampling of beers from this booth.

Islamorada Beer Company Key Lime Hibiscus Ale, Islamorada, FL (5.3% ABV) – $5.00 for 6 oz., $9.00 for 12 oz.

Islamorada Beer Company describes their Key Lime Hibiscus Ale as “lightly tart with an earthy floral flavor and bright citrus punch.”

*NEW* Wicked Weed Brewing Orange Peel Ale, Asheville, NC (5.7% ABV) – $5.00 for 6 oz., $9.00 for 12 oz.

According to Untappd, “this citrus forward brew boasts aromas and flavors of mandarin oranges, lemon peel and grapefruit. The addition of tangy hops and sweet orange peel creates a juicy pale ale that will speak to your palate the way good music speaks to your soul.”

*NEW* 81Bay Brewing Co. Citrus Honey Cream Ale, Tampa, FL (5.0% ABV) – $5.00 for 6 oz., $9.00 for 12 oz.

From correspondence with 81Bay Brewing Co., Citrus Honey Cream Ale is “brewed with honey malt and orange blossom honey, contributing a sweet consistency balanced with flavors of key lime and lemon zest.”
