Sweet Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies
Seems like every buffet needs a familiar comfort food that’s actually good, and the chocolate chip cookies are it. They are soft and buttery — a pleasant surprise how good they were.
The powdered white cookie is like a shortbread cookie the baker forgot to add butter to for the shortbread flavor — a bit of a disappointment.
These were fine. We had these at previous meals and they were decent but nothing special in either direction to write home about.
Popped Grains
Popcorn (from Kat Saka’s Kettle)
The two popcorn offerings are also found in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This particular one is plain salted but with colored salt.
Buttered Blue Grains
Outpost mix spiced popcorn (from Kat Saka’s Kettle)
The Outpost Mix is the same one you’ll find in Star Wars: Galaxys Edge.
Long Fruit Choco Sweet Cake
Muffins
The muffin was intended to be a banana chocolate chip, but our first bites were inexplicably fishy. This was even confirmed by everyone else in our party that something was very off about it.
Fruit Salad
This is an obvious attempt to make something look vaguely space-themed. The watermelon had a weird, minty taste. The other fruits were not sweet, but we wouldn’t expect them to be in March.
Amethyst Sweetcakes
Ube-flavored cookies
This was actually not bad! It’s a bit dry, but tastes just like a peanut butter cookie. It even has the fork pressed into it like a traditional peanut butter cookie would.
Sweet Ube Cream
The ube cream was quite delicious and one of the best things at the dessert buffet, for sure. The dragonfruit alongside it was excellent and fairly fresh as well.
Ice Cream Mochi
The mochi was good but typical for strawberry ice-cream mochi — nothing to write home about.
Blackberry Ice
The blackberry ice was the highlight of this buffet.
Salted Caramel-Chocolate Cake
This is a brownie with salted caramel and dollops of a not-very-sweet mascarpone whipped cheesecake. The brownie was fine, but combined with the salted caramel, it’s quite good. The mascarpone dollops don’t add much, and they sprinkle this green topping over everything and pretend that makes it space-like.
Cream of Jogan
Jogan-fruit mousse with chocolate rocks
This was another presentation of a berry mousse, this time on a chocolate cookie with a dollop of a bland whipped cream. The little red things are freeze-dried raspberry pieces. We didn’t care much for this.
Beverages
Blue and Green Milk on Tap
Overall
While many of these were pleasant and were fine to see repeats of, there was very little here standing out as must-eat again. Our favorites were the blackberry ice and the sweet ube cream, which we only saw here, making it worth a stop in nonetheless. It’s hard to object to anything here, so why not grab a treat or two before you turn in for the night?

All of those look like the same cheap crap they serve to the peasant class on an airplane…unimaginative, predictable mediocrity
The dark cookie is actually a sunbutter cookie that is gluten, dairy and soy free. Those and the chocolate raspberry (maybe passion fruit) mousse were fabulous. Our compressed fruit was sweet and fresh. I have multiple food allergies and was fed like a queen the entire journey. The chef was very creative with his seasonings and flavors. Definitely not cheap crap. My family also enjoyed the way they decorated the food to make it look out-of-this-world fun.
