A new popcorn bucket inspired by the Disney Skyliner and honoring 50 years of Walt Disney World has soared into EPCOT. The first Skyliner popcorn bucket was released in 2020.
We found the new one at the World Celebration popcorn stand, near Creations Shop.
50th Anniversary Skyliner Popcorn Bucket – $19
The bucket is yellow and shaped like a Skyliner gondola.
The windows of the gondola reflect the 50th anniversary wrap added to a real gondola last year.
One side reads “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” against a blue background with a swirl of EARidescent magic.
On one of the smaller sides, Minnie and Mickey, in their 50th anniversary outfits, peek out of the window.
The other wide window has a large “50” above Chip and Dale.
The fourth side is where the doors of the real gondola would be. There is an outline of the doors, but this is not where the popcorn bucket opens.
Instead, it opens from the top.
The lid flips up from one side.
There’s plenty of room inside for popcorn or your favorite souvenirs.
The strap is blue with “Walt Disney World 50” in gold and white fireworks.
The strap is detachable, if you just want to display the gondola at home.

I guess that means no more Figment.
Also, how could either skyliner bucket not offer clear windows for the fake door? Missed opportunity to see all that delicious popcorn!
Has anyone started a pool for when Disney is “sold out”?
I’m planning to get one!
Are they really only sold at one popcorn stand in Epcot? Not in Magic Kingdom or HS?
