The iconic but troublesome Arc Reactor tiles at Avengers Campus have a history of being damaged. A refurbishment may be on the way, however, as the tiles were covered up on our latest trip.
We approached the Stark-inspired entrance to Avengers Campus earlier today to see what was going on.
The glowing blue tiles have been completely covered up.
With the exception of one little blue circle, about the size of the reactor in (or at least used to be in) Tony Stark’s chest.
This is a pretty sad comparison to the previous look of this bright installment.
For perspective, here is what the Arc Reactor tiles should look like. Hopefully, this is only a refurbishment rather than a removal, but keep your eyes on Disneyland News Today for the latest.

Is there an Arc Reactor in Avengers Campus at Disneyland Paris? If so I would love to see pictures of it and hope you cover the version there to see if there are any variations enabling it to function properly, so that they could replicate it over in Anaheim.
