Early Theme Park Entry, Package Delivery Available Starting August 8 for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests

Disneyland Resort hotels have new offerings starting this summer, in addition to the discounts we already reported on. Starting August 8, 2022, Disneyland Resort hotel guests will be able to visit the theme parks 30 minutes before they open to regular guests.

Valid park admission and a Park Pass reservation are still required for early entry, just like at Walt Disney World. Early entry will be available every day at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, with select attractions, dining, and shopping open to hotel guests.

Package delivery will also be available beginning on August 8. Hotel guests will be able to have their in-park purchases sent to the hotel for pick-up the next day.

Disneyland hotel pool party

Summer pool parties will be happening daily at all three Disneyland Resort hotels from July 1 to August 31. These pool parties, including games and music, will be a half-hour and include visits from Disney characters.

Preferred Dine Access is coming soon to hotel guests. With this offer, guests will have preferred access to a limited number of reservations at select hotel table service restaurants during the dates of their hotel stay.

  1. I have a vague memory of there once being early entry offered on select days to anyone who purchased tickets for 3 days or more (regardless of where they were staying.) Am I imagining that memory? And if not, am I right to assume that’s never coming back?

    • Yes, before the pandemic Magic Morning was offered for 3-5 day passes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
